Taco Soup

Time: – Yield:

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • I lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced sweet onion
  • 2 cups water or beef broth
  • 1 15oz can petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 15oz can whole kernel shoepeg corn
  • 1 15 oz can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 pkg or 1/4 cup dry ranch dressing

Instructions:

  1. Brown ground beef in a large pot over medium heat until no longer pink, drain
  2. Add in onion and cook for another 2-3 minutes
  3. Add all other ingredients to the pot and bring it to a boil. Reduce and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Top with cheese and enjoy!
