Cook Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- I lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced sweet onion
- 2 cups water or beef broth
- 1 15oz can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 15oz can whole kernel shoepeg corn
- 1 15 oz can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 pkg or 1/4 cup dry ranch dressing
Instructions:
- Brown ground beef in a large pot over medium heat until no longer pink, drain
- Add in onion and cook for another 2-3 minutes
- Add all other ingredients to the pot and bring it to a boil. Reduce and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Top with cheese and enjoy!
