Campers! It’s time to start warming up those cul

Campers! It’s time to start warming up those culinary skills! 🍽️ Why not get in the kitchen and help mom and dad with dinner this week?

These Sesame Chicken Strips are sure to be a family favorite! 🐔

Ingredients:
2 cups mayonnaise, divided
2 teaspoons minced Vidalia sweet onion
2 teaspoons dried mustard
1 cup crushed Ritz® crackers
½ cup sesame seeds
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons honey

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a rimmed sheet pan with a cooling rack placed on the sheet pan. Spray the pan and the cooling rack with cooking spray.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise, minced onion, and mustard.
In another bowl, combine the crushed crackers and sesame seeds.
Cut the chicken lengthwise into ¼-inch strips.

Dip each chicken strip into the mayonnaise mixture and then into the crushed cracker mixture to coat. Continue until all chicken strips are coated in the cracker crumbs.

Place the chicken strips onto the greased cooling rack in a single layer.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until the juices run clear. Check that a thermometer inserted into the thickest chicken strip reads 165°F or higher.

While the chicken strips are baking, combine the remaining 1 cup mayonnaise with the honey.

Serve the chicken strips immediately with the honey mayonnaise or honey mustard.

A happy home includes a well-maintained yard! Are you doing some Spring cleaning in your yard? 🌸 Use these tips to stay on top of things as we head into summer!

Inspect: Clean out beds and pots from debris and dead plants/weeds. We want a clean slate to start!

Fertilize: The healthiest gardens use some type of fertilizer because most soil does not provide an adequate amount of nutrients to plants and flowers.

Weeds: Plan ahead to help keep weeds at bay by using mulch and spraying weed killer when needed.

Alright Campers, it’s time to celebrate #Masters

Alright Campers, it’s time to celebrate #MastersWeek in style with our favorite sandwich! Make a batch of VeryVera Pimento Cheese for this weekend’s finals! 🧀

Recipe:
1 cup roasted red peppers
1¼ lbs. sharp cheddar cheese, hand-shredded (Stewart prefers Cracker Barrel's)
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
½ tsp. Tony Chachere Creole Seasoning
2 cups Duke’s Mayonnaise

Instructions:

1️⃣ Slice the red peppers into ¼-inch strips. Cut the strips on the bias to make small chunks. Pat the red pepper pieces dry.

2️⃣ Combine all the ingredients. Do not overmix.

3️⃣ Spread between toasted slices of your favorite bread for a hearty sandwich that hits the spot!
