Ingredients:
- 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 5 Cups mini marshmallows
- 3.5 Cups salted popcorn, such as Corks
- 3.5 Cups crumbled pretzels
- 1 Cup chopped chocolate candy
Instructions:
Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray.
In a large, microwave safe mixing bowl microwave the butter and marshmallows for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave again for 30 more seconds. If butter is not melted, you can microwave for 10 more seconds. Stir well with a rubber spatula to completely blend marshmallows and butter.
Fold in popcorn and crumbled pretzels, stir until evenly coated with marshmallow. Fold in the chopped chocolate candy until incorporated. The heat from the marshmallows should lightly melt some of the candy, create gooey yummy swirls!
Spread the mixture evenly in your parchment lined pan and set aside to cool for 20 minutes.
TIP: We like to use candy like Reeses Cups, Snickers Bars, Milky Ways, and Rolos! We also like to have a little extra on hand to garnish the top, so everyone knows what is inside!
