It’s snowing . . . haystacks! Snowy Haystacks are a delicious sweet treat that you make all year long! ❄️ ❄️ ❄️ ⠀

Recipe: ⠀
• 1, 12 oz bag @hersheys Premiere White Chocolate Chips ⠀
• 3 cups La Choy chow mein noodles⠀
• 1 cup mini marshmallows⠀
• Sprinkles ⠀

Instructions⠀
1. Melt chocolate in a large microwavable bowl according to bag instructions, or by heating at 50% power for one minute, followed by 15 second intervals until melted. Add chow mein noodles and fold in. Make sure to be gentle while folding in to keep the chow mein noodles from breaking.⠀
2. Fold the mini marshmallows into the mixture, continuing to keep caution not to break the chow mein noodles.⠀
3. Use a tablespoon to drop haystacks onto a sheet pay covered in wax paper. Shake sprinkles over the haystacks and allow to cool before removing from wax paper.⠀
4. Refrigerate to quicken the cooling process.⠀

Have a case of the Winter doldrums? Bake up a batch of Cup O’Joe Cookies! ⠀
☕️ 🍪 ⠀
Ingredients:⠀
1 roll Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookies⠀
1/3 cup Hershey’s unsweetened baking cocoa⠀
1 ½ tablespoons instant espresso coffee powder or granules⠀
¼ cup whipping cream⠀
1/3 cup Hershey’s semi-sweet mini chips⠀
Instructions:⠀
Let cookie dough stand at room temperature 10 minutes to soften. Meanwhile, heat oven to 350 ̊ F. In large bowl, mix cocoa, espresso powder and cream with wooden spoon until well blended. Crumble cookie dough into cocoa mixture; stir until well blended.⠀

Shape dough into 30 balls; place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Using bottom of drinking glass, flatten balls into 1 ½ inch rounds. Press thumb into center of each round to make an indentation. Fill each indention with ½ teaspoon of the chocolate chips. Bake 9 to 13 minutes or until edges of cookies are set. Cool on cookie sheets 2 minutes; remove to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 20 minutes.⠀

Let It Snow Saturday Camp was SNOW fun ❄️ Campers ages 6-9 created Spare Sock Snowman, Tabletop Ornament Penguins, & Snowman Button Canvases AND concocted some FABULOUS treats, like Hot Chocolate Popcorn ☕️🍿⠀
Needs:⠀
• 1 bag salted microwave popcorn (makes 10 cups, popped) 2 envelopes hot chocolate mix⠀
• 2 cups mini marshmallows⠀
• 1 cup Hershey’s milk chocolate chips, melted⠀
• 15 mini Reese’s cups, unwrapped⠀
Instructions:⠀
1. Put popcorn in microwave and cook according to package directions (about 2 minutes, careful not to burn it).⠀
2. Add popcorn to a large mixing bowl.⠀
3. Sprinkle with hot chocolate mix & stir to coat all popcorn pieces.⠀
4. Add mini marshmallows and stir.⠀
5. Drizzle with melted Hersheys’ chips.⠀
6. Add Reese’s cups and stir well.⠀
7. Let chocolate harden & enjoy!⠀
